Nyblom o Kollén - kuddar, gardiner, dukar, hemtextil

COME TO OUR PARTY !
In my new collection I have worked with a party theme which you also can
find in this catalogue for spring 2010. We have an outlet shop here at Stora
Holm where we have decorated with black and white family photos from the manor Stora Holms Säteri. These photos have been very appreciated and
our customers who have been here before have become very nostalgic.

"I met my husband here at a dance". "I was here at the swedish champion-
ship of ploughing" "I remember the lotteries and the fights with the peasants here
at the dungheap..."

The manor here in Tuve doesn't only have ancestry but also souvenirs for a
lot of people - young and old. Especially occasions around festivities.

I have chosen photos from an album belonging to my great grandmother.
Most of the photos are from the festivites around Midsummer in the late 1940s.
I am not in the photos, of course. My great grandmother Elsa died when I was
4 years old, but I do recognize faces, places and situations.

There is something very, very wellknown with the Stora Holm in the late
1940s where they celebrated midsummer and the Stora Holm were I live and work today 60 years later.

A timeless tradition - just like my design.

New for this season are the happy colours with a feeling of festivites. Like the streamers to hang up over the table. We have also other new products like baskets, laundry bags, toiletcases and new embroideries. Of course, we also have kept the classical and calm colours like white, grey and sand.
